Job summary

Advanced Utility Systems, a division of Harris, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own a dedicated territory and close complex software deals in the utilities sector. This remote role welcomes candidates across the US, with travel up to 50%.

You will drive MEDDIC-guided deals, map client needs to our AI-powered tools, and manage the full sales cycle in Salesforce. Base salary range is 75K–100K with OTE 100K–175K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven track record of quotas in enterprise software sales.
• Experience selling to utilities (electric, water, or gas) and credibility in utility space.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales process and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated territory of existing clients and close opportunities to expand software usage.
• Act as trusted advisor, map client needs to AUS solutions, including AI-powered tools.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from discovery to negotiation using MEDDIC framework.
