Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for Senior Living to close new business and grow strategic accounts. You will conduct virtual, consultative selling with owners, operators and marketing leaders, managing multi‑step cycles from discovery to close with our SDRs and strategists. This is a remote role serving US and Canadian senior living operators.

You bring a proven quota‑carrying background, strong executive presence, and comfort selling remotely.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record closing senior living or similar agency deals.
• Experience managing long 3–12 month consultative sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and virtual presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle with senior living operators and home care agencies.
• Warm meetings booked by the SDRs and inbound leads, converted to signed contracts.
• Navigate deals with multiple decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate terms with strategists.
• Grow the senior living accounts after the initial engagement.
