Job summary

Conga is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisitions in a remote-capable enterprise SaaS environment. You will cultivate relationships, qualify and close opportunities, and collaborate across Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-value outcomes for clients.

You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, strong revenue-management know-how, and the ability to navigate complex objections while aligning solutions with client strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales in the SaaS space.
• Strong proficiency in revenue management principles and processes.
• Knowledge of how AI can enhance revenue management outcomes.
• Experience selling Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions including CPQ, CLM, doc-gen and e-signature products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, manage, and close new enterprise opportunities for Conga solutions.
• Craft and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and other teams to deliver value.
• Navigate objections and build consensus to convert skeptics into customers.
