Job summary

Conga is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo growth across enterprise clients in the Midwest region (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska). You’ll prospect, qualify, and close complex SaaS deals, coordinating with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to tailor Revenue Lifecycle solutions for each client.

We value a hunter mentality, 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

At least 5 years successful B2B technology Enterprise sales experience in SaaS.
Proficiency in revenue management principles.
Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue targets.
Cultivate and leverage strategic relationships with partners.
Knowledge and experience in AI/ML can bring value.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, managing and closing new business opportunities for enterprise-wide Conga solutions.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Develop territory, account, and opportunity plans to optimize revenue.
Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the cycle.
Focus on 100% new business while delivering customer value.
