Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration—and is critical to our growth in the Enterprise segment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex enterprise SaaS deals, with consumption-based or usage-based models.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks for disciplined pipeline management.
• Proven capability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos tied to business impact.
• Strong negotiation history: multi-year, high-ACV contracts with value protection.
• Technical and cloud fluency across observability, security, and data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own territory, build pipeline, and generate a substantial portion of booked opportunities.
• Perform deep discovery to uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
• Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain high forecast accuracy in CRM.
• Lead contract and pricing discussions and secure multi-year consumption commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics and usage-based pricing.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
