Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or management consulting.
• Proven track record closing multimillion-dollar technology deployments or tailored engagements.
• Experience defining bespoke solution scope and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of insurance operating models and enterprise buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a qualified sales pipeline through outreach and relationships.
• Identify priority accounts and convert prospects into opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery to understand customer challenges and timelines.
• Assess technical, data, security, and deployment considerations with product/engineering teams.
• Develop value propositions, business cases, and tailored demos linking solutions to outcomes.
• Lead complex sales engagements through scoping, pricing, reviews, procurement, and closing.
• Ensure commitments, scope, success measures, and commercial assumptions are documented and handed to delivery.
• Share feedback and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain account plans and pipeline forecasts; improve sales processes.
