Job summary

Brain Co. seeks an Account Executive to build and scale its insurance business from first buyer conversation to signed engagement.

You’ll originate opportunities and lead consultative sales with cross-functional teams, including GM of Insurance, product, engineering and deployment. You’ll target property & casualty, life & annuities, and related workflows, coordinating complex underwriting, claims, distribution and core operations to accelerate speed, quality and outcomes for regulated

Qualifications

• Enterprise sales experience in B2B tech or advisory services.
• Experience closing multi-million-dollar technology deployments.
• Deep insurance industry knowledge across P&C, life, annuities.

Responsibilities

• Originates opportunities and leads consultative sales from first buyer conversation to close.
• Coordinate with GM of Insurance, product, engineering and deployment teams.
• Develop value case, briefs and tailored demonstrations with product/deployment support.
• Lead the deal through scoping, pricing, security, and legal review to close.
• Summarize prospect needs into product roadmap and repeatable sales motions.
• Keep account plans and forecasts accurate for continuous improvement.
