Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the Insurance market—carriers, MGAs, and brokers—relying on strategic partnerships, deep AI voice expertise, and a customer-first mindset.

In this remote-first role you will land net-new logos, manage large multi-stakeholder deals, map compelling use cases across claims, servicing, and distribution, and guide buyers through security and governance reviews to scale adoption.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience.
Experience with AI, generative AI, or API-driven platforms.
Proven success closing six- and seven-figure deals.
Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Experience selling to technical and business buyers.
Willing to travel frequently for client meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

Land net-new customers in Insurance and expand ElevenLabs' market footprint.
Balance a diverse pipeline of large carriers with regional insurers.
Identify where conversational AI can drive growth in workflows like claims and servicing.
Develop and execute account strategies across the buying group.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution use cases and security reviews.
Drive fast negotiations with Legal and procurement teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice.
