Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Chicago to drive revenue growth by targeting net-new logos and a strategic sales approach within the territory. You will qualify, close deals, and build executive-level relationships with CTOs and engineering leaders while collaborating with Solution Architects and Services teams.

You will participate in Sales Bootcamp and MEDDIC/Challenger training, working remotely from Chicago to maximize deal sizes with ecosystem and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced market.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and manage complex sales cycles.
• Track record of overachievement and hitting targets.
• Ability to articulate business value of enterprise tech.
• Fluent in English and local to the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline.
• Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders and technical end users.
• Build strong relationships to drive growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services.
• Engage with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deals.
