Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption model. You’ll combine sales execution with technical fluency and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth in Enterprise.

You will tell Elastic’s AI story with tailored demos, map capabilities to business outcomes, and negotiate multi-year contracts while maintaining strong forecast accuracy and collaboration across

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a quota-carrying SaaS environment.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive disciplined pipeline.
• Proven track record delivering executive-level presentations and demos.
• Experience negotiating multi-year, high-ACV contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own territory, build pipeline, and generate opportunities through outbound cadences.
• Perform deep discovery to map pain, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos of Elastic products.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Lead pricing discussions and secure multi-year consumption commitments.
• Discuss cloud economics and cost optimization, aligning with Elastic offerings.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
