Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close complex multi‑stakeholder deals in a consumption model. You’ll collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll bring 5+ years of SaaS quota‑carrying success, fluency in MEDDPICC, and a track record of high‑ACV, multi‑year contracts, while telling the Elastic story with

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven ability to present to executives with measurable business outcomes.
• Track record landing multi-year high-ACV contracts.
• Comfort discussing observability, security, and cloud pricing.
• Collaborative mindset and alignment with Elastic values.
• Open Source advocacy appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Lead executive negotiations and close multi-year consumption deals.
• Discuss cloud economics and modern data architectures fluently.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
