Job summary

Harmony is hiring a senior SaaS sales professional to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will engage IT, HR, and operations stakeholders, translating Harmony's AI automation capabilities into clear business value and building a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.

With 5+ years of quota-carrying success, you’ll influence product direction via customer feedback, maintain CRM hygiene, and forecast against targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying, closing experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience owning full-cycle sales—from prospecting through close—for technical or platform products.
• Proven ability to run multi-stakeholder sales cycles and communicate with practitioners and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end to end – prospecting, demo, negotiation, and close.
• Run multi-threaded cycles with IT, HR, and Operations stakeholders, from practitioners to C-suite.
• Develop understanding of ITSM workflows and translate AI capabilities into business value.
• Build and manage your pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
