Job summary

3Search is seeking a remote Sales professional to promote accelerated working capital solutions for subcontractors. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and build trusted relationships with a nationwide subcontractor network.

Remote role with travel to industry events and client meetings. The ideal candidate has 4+ years selling loans, a proven quota-crushing record, and experience selling to $50M-$100M revenue customers.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of selling working capital/loans/lending products.
• Track record of closing new logos and crushing quota.
• Experience selling to customers with $50M-$100M revenue.
• Experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify new prospects and maximise opportunities
• Be able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Collaborate with other members in the team and with senior leadership
