Path Robotics, Inc. seeks a senior enterprise sales leader to close multi-million dollar opportunities across commercial and defense clients. You will create account strategies, build trust from shop floor to boardroom, and drive deals from initial plant tours to funded deployments.

You will manage prolonged buying processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and translate operational data into compelling ROI models to secure executive approvals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales with a consistent quota-attainment track record.
• Proven experience closing $1M+ enterprise opportunities in long-cycle deals.
• Background in capital equipment, automation, or Robotics-as-a-Service.
• Ability to plan accounts, build business cases, and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Aufgaben

• Manage a specific enterprise territory with account plans across plants and business units.
• Lead the full sales process from prospecting to signed order and deployment.
• Develop ROI models using throughput, labor, scrap, rework, and cycle time data.
• Coordinate with a large buying committee from shop floor to C-suite.
• Negotiate terms with GTM Ops and shape government capture when applicable.
