Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of experience.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Must reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts in the region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and other key influencers to demonstrate Medtronic Surgical Technologies products.
• Execute Sales Action Plans and transport inventory using own vehicle.
• Plan and execute sales calls to hospital departments, outpatient centers, and doctors’ offices in the territory.
• Attend meetings and courses inside and outside the territory.
• Provide post-sale service and support to clinical personnel in surgical environments.
• Maintain company property and inventory in good condition.
• Report competitive activity to the Region Manager and keep records up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
