Job summary

Liberty University is seeking dynamic individuals for the roles of Academic Advisor and New Enrollment Specialist. This full-time position allows for remote work while providing support to students in their post-acceptance stage.

Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, solving student issues, and developing relationships with support offices. Candidates should have some college experience and strong communication skills. The starting pay rate is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Some college experience and customer service/sales experience is required.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours.

• Navigating student issues and completing accurate resolution.
• Developing relationships with support offices to solve student problems.
