Job summary

Liberty is hiring full-time Academic Advisors and New Enrollment Specialists to assist students in the post-acceptance phase. Roles support online programs, policies, and cross-functional collaboration, with training and a remote-first work environment.

The positions require strong communication, customer service experience, and ability to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST, plus Saturday shifts and occasional overtime. A reliable internet connection is essential.

Qualifications

• Some college experience and customer service/sales experience are required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a contact center is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for daily email and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to students and university staff primarily via phone; occasional email correspondence.
• Navigate student issues to achieve complete, accurate resolutions and connect students to the right office.
• Explain university policies and respond to complex inquiries with clear guidance.
• Build relationships and coordinate with support offices to resolve student concerns.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency in new student services and implement feedback from management.
• Meet or exceed departmental KPIs and maintain high professional standards in a diverse workplace.
• Adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
