Liberty University is seeking a National Recruiter I to guide prospective students and families through inquiries, applications, and enrollment processes. The role involves on-campus events, travel, and promoting LU at various venues while ensuring FERPA and TCPA compliance.

The position requires strong communication skills, a bachelor's degree, and previous customer service or phone experience. A significant portion of the work is on the road, with some remote work and potential tuition

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required.
• Previous customer service or phone experience preferred.
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems of routine and complex nature.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective students daily across multiple channels to follow up on inquiries and applicants.
• Guide students through applying, deposits, and collection of fees (PCI compliance involved).
• Assist with financial aid process and scholarship opportunities.
• Guide students through Financial Check-In to secure enrollment.
• Assist with course registration and selecting degree programs.
