Qualificações

• A bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required.
• Previous customer service or phone experience preferred.
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze information and apply judgment to solve routine and complex problems.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Regularly lift 20 pounds or fewer.
• To obtain LU-approved driver certification, you must be 21+, hold a valid license with 5+ years driving history, and maintain a clean record.
• Approximately 25% of the job is in climate-controlled settings; 75% on the road.
• Working environments will vary; long shifts (12 hours+) may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective students daily across channels to follow up on inquiries and applicants.
• Guide students on applying to the university and submitting a confirmation deposit; collect fees.
• Guide students on financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
• Guide students through Financial Check-In to secure enrollment.
• Assist students with course registration and selecting degree programs.
• Adhere to FERPA, TCPA, and other regulations to protect student privacy.
• Promote Liberty University at schools, churches, events, and venues.
• Manage travel schedules for school visits and meetings with counselors and influencers.
• Maintain and update databases with activity, visits, inquiries, and contact information.
• Provide on-campus tours as needed.
