Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to serve as the frontline ambassador, making outbound calls to prospective patients and supporting enrollment into our value-based oncology program.

You will guide patients through enrollment, triage requests, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. This remote role offers base plus commission with a strong startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR roles with high phone volume.
• Relational, empathetic with strong communication.
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Adaptable to a startup environment.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and collaboration tools.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services.
• Guide patients through enrollment, surface goals and concerns to tailor support.
• Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and connect patients to the right team.
• Obtain consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs to clinical teams.
• Share feedback on enrollment trends and access barriers with internal teams.
• Maintain a structured schedule to ensure patient access.
