Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Enrollment Sales Manager – Clinical Operations based in the United States to lead patient enrollment operations and support the growth of remote care management programs.

You will oversee enrollment performance across practices, develop enrollment strategies, set targets, and use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and efficiency. You will recruit, train, and coach a remote enrollment team to deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years in Clinical Operations, Sales, or related field.
• Experience managing remote teams with coaching and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into improvements.
• Independent work style with ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish enrollment targets and ensure alignment with business projections.
• Monitor enrollment trends and performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase enrollment rates.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for enrollment processes, establishing best practices and helping the team improve performance.
• Review weekly results against enrollment goals, quality standards, and operational expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to onboard new healthcare practices efficiently, tailoring enrollment workflows to each practice's goals and requirements.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new enrollment team members.
• Coach and develop team members through live call listening, shadowing, performance feedback, and ongoing guidance.
• Drive team productivity, accountability, and consistent achievement of enrollment targets in a remote environment.
• Identify operational challenges and internal or external blockers, developing practical solutions to maintain performance.
