Job summary

Jobgether seeks a senior Data Operations Lead to own enrollment production data workflows and ensure reliable production execution across onshore and offshore teams.

You will partner with offshore leads, drive SOP improvements, and lead incident response, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and cross-time-zone collaboration. Fully remote within the United States, with IT-expertise in healthcare data operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in production/operational processes.
• Experience in healthcare operations or enrollment platforms preferred.
• Experience with offshore or distributed teams preferred.
• ITIL certification or progress toward certification desirable.
• Strong SQL Server/T-SQL and scheduling tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment production data execution with US business-hour coverage.
• Coordinate offshore data operations team.
• Lead issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and runbooks.
• Monitor SLA metrics and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
