Job summary

Medsien is seeking an Enrollment Sales Manager- Clinical Operations to drive onboarding and enrollment for remote practices across the United States. You will lead a team, implement enrollment strategies, and collaborate with leadership to hit targets using data-driven insights and tailored onboarding.

You will manage a remote team, coach performance, and work to streamline onboarding for new and existing practices, ensuring alignment with growth projections and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years in Clinical Operations or Sales or similar.

As an Enrollment Sales Manager- Clinical Operations, you will be a crucial part of our onboarding team, responsible for driving the enrollment process and managing both newly onboarded and existing practices. Your expertise in sales strategies, relationship management, and data analysis will be essential in achieving our enrollment targets and fostering growth. You will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish enrollment targets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth projections.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor enrollment trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose strategic adjustments to improve enrollment rates.
• Serve as the enrollment process expert, leading your team to improve quickly.
• Review weekly performance against goals.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to onboard new practices efficiently, with custom and tailored onboarding for each practice given their goals.
• Hire, train, and onboard new members to the enrollment team.
• Coach your team to improve performance through live listening and shadowing.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Clinical Operations, Sales or similar areas.
• Experience managing remote teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and performance management.
• Proven ability to drive productivity and guide team members to meet enrollment targets, quality benchmarks, and organizational goals in a virtual environment.
• Creativity in finding solutions: You are relentless in searching for themes and getting to the root of any issue.
• Comfort working autonomously, with strong prioritization skills and a knack for identifying internal and external blockers.
