Medsien is seeking an Enrollment Sales Manager- Clinical Operations to drive onboarding and enrollment for remote practices across the United States. You will lead a team, implement enrollment strategies, and collaborate with leadership to hit targets using data-driven insights and tailored onboarding.

You will manage a remote team, coach performance, and work to streamline onboarding for new and existing practices, ensuring alignment with growth projections and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years in Clinical Operations or Sales or similar.
• Experience managing remote teams with coaching and accountability.
• Proven ability to drive enrollment targets and meet goals in a virtual setting.
• Creative problem solving and self-directed work style.
