Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Provider Enrollment operations for our healthcare clients. This role will oversee a remote, high-performing contact center, drive continuous improvement, and ensure delivery against contractual commitments.

You will build leaders, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency, and business outcomes across the organization and its partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; healthcare/admin focus preferred.
• 5+ years leading healthcare operations, contact center operations, or business operations.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or large operational teams in a performance-driven environment, with remote management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Provider Enrollment contact center operations and ensure service levels and KPIs meet contractual commitments.
• Build, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve operational challenges and strengthen relationships.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and optimizing workforce planning.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional partnerships to support growth and client success.
