Job summary

Medsien is transforming care delivery with its Remote Care Management platform, partnering with health systems and practices to scale CCM, RPM, RTM, and PCM programs. Our Enrollment Sales Manager- Clinical Operations leads onboarding for new and existing practices, applying sales strategy, relationship management, and data analysis to hit enrollment targets.

• Hire, train, and onboard new enrollment team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish enrollment targets and growth projections.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor enrollment trends and identify bottlenecks.
• Lead the enrollment team to improve processes and performance.
• Review weekly performance against goals and adjust plans accordingly.
• Onboard new practices efficiently with tailored onboarding.
• Hire, train, and onboard new enrollment team members.
• Coach the team through live listening and shadowing.
