Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant who can guide families through the enrollment journey with a consultative approach. You will conduct enrollment consultations, present Vanguard's programs, and help families understand pricing, outcomes, and value.

This role offers base salary with uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, PTO and paid time off, plus fully paid winter vacations, and the flexibility of remote work.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with students and parents to assess goals and timelines.
• Present Vanguard programs, pricing, outcomes, and value clearly to families.
• Close enrollments and guide families through next steps in the onboarding process.
• Own CRM records and follow up to move leads through pipeline stages.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize lead quality and messaging.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
