Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through the enrollment journey in a fully remote role.

As the trusted advisor, you will conduct consultative enrollment meetings, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to hit monthly enrollment and revenue goals while earning uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and revenue targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot or GoHighLevel, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with students and families to assess goals and timelines.
• Manage CRM records, follow up with leads, and drive enrollment and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and program adoption.
