Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of closing high-ticket products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to build trust with students and families.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual meeting tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective students and parents.
• Maintain a structured CRM and manage pipeline from lead to enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and drive enrollments.
