Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will role‑play live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media to prompts, and explain what looked off in writing while working remotely on your schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs on realism and usefulness, inspecting visual and audio fidelity, and providing concise explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in on problems.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when two options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues and rationale.
