Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on your own schedule with flexible hours. Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated media, rating outputs on adherence, quality and realism, and providing evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
