Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for naturalness and fidelity, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. This is fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio, providing concise explanations, and helping improve AI systems through structured feedback. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, patient, and able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was off.
