Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and write focused explanations of errors in English, remotely on a flexible schedule.

You’ll compare AI-produced images and videos for prompt adherence, notice issues like distorted motion or text errors, and contribute to improving AI reasoning quality from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, flicker, or audio-video mismatches and note issues.
• Provide written explanations in English outlining what looked or sounded off.
