Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer flexible hours, paid per task, and access to leading LLMs. You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through our evaluation and feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text or audio mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
