Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what was off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs, describing issues, and ensuring prompts are followed. Candidates should have strong written English, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a written explanation in English that points to what was observed.
