Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with voice models. You will compare images and videos, explain what’s off, and work remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include scoring adherence, quality, and realism, then writing concise explanations in English. Flexible hours and weekly payments support independent work from any location.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attentive and detail-focused; ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Able to think on your feet and explain approaches clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written justifications in English.
