Owner.com is a remote-first global company empowering local businesses to scale. We are seeking a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build the top-of-funnel pipeline for our Engineering team.

You will own market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to surface world-class engineers before anyone else. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics and optimize outreach and channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives.
• Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.
• Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
