Job summary

Owner is seeking a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline that powers our Engineering team's growth. In this role, you'll be a dedicated sourcing engine, focused on market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to surface world-class technical talent before anyone else does.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop understanding of where top engineering talent lives.
• Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates for highly competitive engineering roles.
• Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
