Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline for our Engineering team on a 12-month contract. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada and reports to the G&A department.

You will map markets, research candidates, and design data-driven outreach strategies to surface world-class engineering talent. Strong sourcing chops required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience for engineering talent.
• Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI recruiting tools.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics and improve.
• Exceptional organizational skills across large pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a scalable pipeline of engineering candidates.
• Lead market mapping to identify target companies and profiles.
• Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Lead high-volume candidate outreach and convey the company's mission clearly.
