Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager, Rep Experience to lead a high-impact software team focused on improving the day-to-day experience and productivity of sales representatives. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that support fast-paced business execution.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership, team development, and delivery ownership in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
3-5 years of experience managing senior engineers and leading teams.
Strong focus on software architecture and engineering processes.
Understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a visible and impactful engineering team for sales reps.
Define and implement goals while fostering excellence and fun.
Partner with leadership, PMs, and Designers for rapid delivery of high-quality software.
Drive technical decision-making, including sprint planning and design.
Participate in recruiting to build a strong engineering team.
Support on-call responsibilities and ensure roadmap commitments.
