Job summary

Apollo is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of the largest engineering teams in the Rep Experience organization. You will shape the daily execution surface used by enterprise customers, balancing rapid delivery with reliability and scalable architecture.

You'll guide prioritization, mentor engineers, and collaborate with GTM, Product, and Design to ship high-quality software. This remote-first role emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands on software engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of people management, leading senior engineers/managers.
• Proven track record of technical leadership: architecture at scale and cross-team processes.
• Experience with Ruby and Python.
• Understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in key technical decisions: sprint planning, design, code reviews.
• Help build and scale engineering teams through sourcing and hiring.
• Share on-call responsibility without hindering roadmap work.
• Lead from the details front as a mentor; be a technical leader.
• Own sizing, estimation, and technical direction; partner with product lead.
