The manager will partner closely with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate planning, strong execution, and consistent client delivery. Remote US-based candidates only, with opportunities for growth and leadership impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managed services or related IT roles.
• 3+ years of leadership of technical teams.
• Vendor management expertise.
• Strong skills in conflict negotiation and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple client demands and priorities.
• Analytical problem-solving for technical or project management.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Responsibilities
