DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager, Proactive Security to set and lead the technical direction for Security Product Engineering globally. This remote US role will partner across product, legal, data teams to embed secure-by-design practices and lead Bug Bounty and vulnerability programs.

You will coach engineers, shape security vision across Customer, Merchant, and Dasher products, and drive innovative security controls. A strong track record in internet-scale security is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years as Security Product Engineer at Internet-scale org
• 3+ years of leadership leading global teams
• Master's degree or equivalent
• Leadership in Account Security, Product Security Engineering, AI Security
• Experience designing security controls and meeting regulatory needs
• Proven track record in security review processes and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the technical vision for Security Product Engineering Pods, Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Management
• Lead the Security Product Engineering and Vulnerability Management roadmap
• Coach and mentor engineers, focusing on proactive security controls
• Partner with Product, Legal, Data teams to embed secure-by-design practices
• Drive cross-brand Bug Bounty, Pen Testing and Vulnerability programs
• Build and maintain high OE security services for durable standards
• Influence adoption of AI tools from a Proactive Security perspective
