Job summary

You will travel ~35–50% and build durable processes for a high-trust protection environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in protective, security, or military operations.
• Five or more years of people management with hands-on responsibility.
• Ability to make sound decisions under high-consequence conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead protective operations staffing and decision making.
• Set training and qualification standards and monitor compliance.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships for protective services.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation.
