Qualifications

• Ten or more years in protective, security, or military operations with hands-on leadership.
• Experience building or scaling protective capability and setting standards.
• Experience running multiple protective programs with cost, method, and staffing accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead protective operations, staffing, assignments, and response across the program.
• Set training and standards; build a deployable team with proper records.
• Manage vendor and supplier procurement; ensure protective vendors meet standards.
• Own incident response; make real-time protective decisions and escalate as needed.
• Lead converged physical-cyber protection with intelligence and cybersecurity teams.
• Earn trust with protected individuals and keep friction low across operations.
