You will hire and coach engineers, shape architecture decisions, and collaborate with AI agents throughout the development process to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of an engineering team.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React; experience with .NET/C# and Angular.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows in real delivery environments.
• Cloud-native applications on Azure, with familiarity in Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute production code regularly and own the team's technical direction and architecture decisions.
• Lead the phased modernization of legacy components while building new capabilities with modern technologies.
• Hire, coach, and manage engineers, ensuring effective collaboration with AI agents in the development process.
