You will mentor engineers, drive cloud, frontend and backend initiatives, and promote AI-enabled development practices while aligning roadmap priorities with business objectives. A collaborative leader with deep technical depth is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Leading technical initiatives and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities spanning backend, frontend, cloud environments, and software architecture.
• Experience with AI development tools, AI-assisted engineering practices, and modern software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and coding involvement.
• Guide architecture, modernization, and reliability initiatives.
• Partner with Product and QA to coordinate roadmap execution.
• Mentor engineers and improve delivery processes.
