As Engineering Manager on the Consumer team, you will define how millions of users experience our mobile apps, web experiences, and future surfaces, leading front-end engineers across multiple products.

You will own the team’s technical strategy and roadmap, partner with Product, Design, and Analytics, and ensure availability,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing and growing engineering teams.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity.
• Technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and reliability decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a well-balanced team of engineers, with clear expectations and feedback.
• Own the team’s technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap tied to major experience initiatives.
• Empower the tech lead and engineers in design and cross-functional alignment.
• Own availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-facing systems, including on-call and incident response.
• Drive alignment across organizations and influence roadmaps on partner experience and foundational teams.
• Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, and other Engineering teams.
