Job summary
SailPoint is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for the design, architecture, and reliability of core SailPoint products. You will drive engineering roadmaps, code quality, and delivery while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of leading software engineering teams
- Strong background in .NET distributed systems, event-driven microservices, AWS
- Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular
- Proven delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience coaching and developing technical talent
- Strong organizational, planning, risk management and cross-functional communication skills
- Proactive and adaptable problem-solver
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers focused on design, architecture, and reliability of core SailPoint products
- Own sprint planning, roadmap execution, and delivery metrics
- Drive architectural reviews, code quality initiatives, and process improvements
- Partner with Product Management and architecture leads to translate vision into actionable roadmaps
- Coach and mentor engineers to reach their full potential
- Collaborate across teams in a cloud-native, AWS-based microservices environment
- Promote AI-assisted development practices and maintain high engineering velocity
