Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years in software engineering with cloud-scale systems.
- 3+ years leading high-performing software teams.
- Strong background in .NET, event-driven microservices and AWS.
- Experience with Angular frontend frameworks.
- Proven Agile/Scrum delivery track record.
- Coaching and mentoring of technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering design, architecture, and delivery for core SailPoint products.
- Own sprint ceremonies, planning, and team execution.
- Allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive quality metrics.
- Oversee architectural reviews and cross-functional initiatives.
